These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by Finest Known, on all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.

RETURN RIGHTS

Finest Known is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 Days of receipt and receive a replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you are not pleased with your order for any reason, we offer a convenient return option. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Call our Finest Known Customer Service department at 888-900-9948. Please have the following details available when you call: Your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will be notified when your request has been processed.

2. Once we have approved your return, pack your items(s) in the original shipping packaging, tape securely, and attach a return label securely to the outside of the package, then send via USPS Registered Insured Mail only, addressed to: Finest Known, P.O. Box 2580, Palos Verdes Peni, CA 90274-8580. Note: You MUST include a packing slip with your return package detailing all items enclosed in the shipment.

3. Once your package is received by us, we will send out a replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

We’ll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that Finest Known is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

PRICING

Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.

SALES TAX

All orders under $2,000.00 shipping to the state of California will be charged an additional 9.25% sales tax. No tax will be charged for California orders over $2,000.00, or for orders shipping to states other than California.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The state or federal courts located in Orange County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products or services.
